What We Offer
Supervision: Individual and group supervision supporting professional growth, ethical practice, and reflective clinical work.
Consultation: Case-based and organizational consultation supporting clinical leadership, supervision systems, and program stability in high-acuity settings.
Supervisor Coaching: Structured support for clinical supervisors navigating leadership transitions, ethical complexity, and team dynamics.
Training & Leadership Development: Facilitation and training focused on supervision practice, trauma-informed leadership, and workforce sustainability.
Approach
Supervision and consultation are grounded in collaboration, ethical practice, and respect for the real-world complexity of behavioral health systems. The focus is on building confidence, strengthening clinical reasoning, and supporting sustainable practice—not prescriptive solutions or organizational disruption.
About
Leighty Leadership and Supervision is led by Jim Leighty, LICSW, a behavioral health professional with over 10 years of experience supporting clinicians, supervisors, and organizations in high-acuity settings — homelessness services, crisis intervention, youth systems, and dual-diagnosis treatment.
This work is informed by two decades of leadership experience in high-stakes environments, bringing a grounded, systems-aware approach to clinical consultation and supervision. The approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in respect for both practitioners and the systems in which they work.
